Liberty Panthers Cross Country 

Cross country will start in August. ​​​

• • To participate in cross country, your athlete must have the following paperwork completed:

    • Online registration (http://ecusd7.org/liberty/athletics/#tab-id-1​)

    • Current physical on file with Liberty nurse's office

    • COVID Liability Waiver (click here for an electronic copy.)​​

• Cross Country practice will be held daily after school from 3:00-4:30. 

• Runners should meet at 3:00 on the Liberty Track. They should be changed and ready to run.

• The activity bus leaves at 4:45
